Everest Wall Solutions are Fire Rated up to 4 hrs as per BS/EN -476 Part 20-22 and offers enhanced Thermal Insulation for improving building envelope performance using Everest Heavy Duty Boards in external walls and using regular Everest Wall Boards for energy efficient Interior Walls besides offering added Sound Insulation owing to the high density of Everest Cement Boards as compared to other available Drywall Systems.
Everest Wall Solution offers added security for the Internal Walls as these cannot be easily cut with a sharp object (unlike Gypsum Plaster and Calcium Silicate Boards). Everest Wall Solution meets the Severe Duty Impact Resistance criteria making it a preferred choice in almost all types of Institutional building like educational , commercial, hospitality, healthcare, industrial and corporate sector -while for the Residential sector it’s Reserve Strength against Unplanned Loading enables the occupants with flexibility to hang/mount objects of their choice while they move in to the finished building as Everest Wall Solution with cavity fixtures, can accommodate about 75% more load as compared to other Drywall System

Everest Hollow Wall Construction system comprises of Everest Wall Boards (Regular or Heavy Duty –depending upon the specific usage) & Everest Wall Framing Systems using a wide range of Stud and track, with/ without insulating material filled in between the cavity to achieve required performance criteria.
Everest Solid Wall Construction system comprises of Everest Rapicon Wall Panels, fixed in position with typical and groove engagement using standard track profile laid in top and bottom.
