JSW Silveron+ sheets and coils are crafted from steel with a minimum Al-Zn coating weight of 150 GSM, featuring an Acrylic Coated (AFP passivated) finish. Specifically designed for use in unpainted roofing and siding panels, these products are guaranteed not to rupture, experience structural failure, or perforate due to exposure to normal atmospheric conditions. The warranty period spans 7 years from the date of shipment.
This warranty, however, does not extend to the following:
Rupture, perforation, or structural failure caused by reasons other than corrosion resulting from exposure to normal atmospheric conditions.
JSW Silveron+ sheets and coils sold as secondary or non-prime material.
Sheets exposed to saltwater or marine atmospheres, wet storage, corrosive environments, corrosive chemicals, fumes, ash, cement, dust, or animal waste.
Exclusions encompassing situations such as roofs lower than 150, mechanical, chemical, or other damage incurred during transportation, shipment, handling, storage, forming, embossing, punching, press braking, and fabrication during or after installation, physical damages, abuse, misuse, negligence, vandalism, settlement, shrinkage, distortion, warping, or cracking of the substructure of the material.
Improper roll forming, abrasion, scouring, or cleaning procedures, along with storage exceeding 6 months.
Improper storage and handling, edge corrosion, or misapplication, as well as damage caused by falling objects, fire, explosions, natural disasters, etc.
